Sonoma Raceway is located at 29355 Arnold Drive, Sonoma, CA 95476, just north of the intersection at Highways 37 and 121 in southeast Sonoma County. We have two primary entrances: Gate 1, our main entrance, and Gate 7 (.8 mile north of Gate 1) both located on Arnold Drive (Highway 121).
Soft-sided coolers that do not exceed 14"x14"x14" are permitted. Foam or hard-sided coolers regardless of size are prohibited.
For day-to-day business or non-NASCAR or non-NHRA events, you will enter at Gate 1.
Gate 1 is open to all parking pass holders and Gate 7 is open for all FREE general admission parking.

NASCAR/NHRA/Sonoma Drags & Drift/Winter Jam - Golf carts or other off-road vehicles are not permitted. Single-person electronic convenience vehicles, built specifically for guests with disabilities, are permitted.
Consider alternate routes to avoid congestion on westbound Highway 37 from Vallejo and southbound Highway 121 from Sonoma and Napa. (Both Highway 37--from Vallejo to the 121 intersection--and Highway 121 are single-lane roads in each direction and can quickly back up during race weekends.) Smartphone Apps like Waze and Google Maps can be helpful in determining the best route to Sonoma Raceway.
Please have your digital tickets ready for scanning upon driving onto the raceway property. If you have a parking permit, it should be displayed on your rearview mirror. Once you are through the gate, you will be directed to general or permit parking.
Yes, general parking is free.
For NASCAR and NHRA, you may purchase reserved parking passes by calling one of our Ticket Representatives at 800-870-7223.
Check the website for a complete schedule of on- and off-track activities to determine what you'd like to see. For major events, plan to arrive at least two hours before the start of the race to locate your seats and take advantage of all the non-racing activities and pre-race events around the raceway.
Motorcycle riders should enter through Gate 1 (main entrance). After passing through the gate, you will make a left turn up the hill to Lot 1.
Yes, we do our best to take good care of our guests with disabilities. Guests with ADA parking placards should enter through Gate 1, where they will be directed to designated parking areas. To use a handicap placard be sure to bring paperwork showing your name and placard number and a valid driver's license.

Make sure you are prepared to spend a comfortable day at the races. Our facility is a unique venue with changes in elevation, and the majority of the seat locations are not shaded. We recommend wearing comfortable, close-toed shoes, a hat and sunscreen and a jacket, as temperatures are cool in the morning and it can get breezy in the afternoon.

Absolutely, we encourage it both before and after the races. If you plan on grilling, please use a propane gas grill only.
Smoking is only permitted in designated, non-seating areas and away from any crowds or lines of people. This also applies to e-cigarettes.
Only pets for seeing impaired guests or for other ADA purposes are allowed into the raceway. Pets are permitted in camping areas, but must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.
Yes, you can find many choices to ease your hunger and quench your thirst at Sonoma Raceway. All concessions are cashless.
